Custom orders take time to ensure perfection!

- Production Time: Since our pieces are entirely handmade, please allow 7 business days for us to carefully craft and set your custom jewelry. If an item could be shipped in just two or three days, would you really believe it was handmade?

- Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, standard delivery typically takes about 7–9 business days, while expedited delivery takes 5 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location.

- Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, we will immediately send you the tracking number via email.
